We encourage family and friends that support those with a mood disorder to attend our meetings.
Our Support Group Meetings:
- Give you the opportunity to reach out to others and benefit from the experience of those who have "been there."
- Motivate you to follow your treatment plan.
- Help you understand that a mood disorder does not define who you are.
- Help you rediscover strengths and humor you may have thought you had lost.
- Provide a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding and self-discovery.

Living with a mood disorder? Come to a new
faith-based support group called Living Room, for people diagnosed with
depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. The group will meet the 2nd
& 4th Tuesday of the month, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. beginning January
12th at the Vineland United Mennonite Church, 3327 Menno St.,
